Quality control Garments factory
This test is done manually, or anyone who uses technology
assistance. Depending on the industry sector in which the QC works essentially
QC checks to ensure the quality of the product's quality.
Quality Control Fabric dept. (Fabric Inspection): With the QC abbreviation it means quality control or
quality QC is very much needed in various industrial sectors, from
manufacturing to hand production or home made The general duty of QC is to
visually check and spec for a product. Product inspection may take place
before, during and after the production process. Quality Control Garment
One of them is Quality Control Garment each department has a quality
control and must be responsible for the quality of each department
Any material receipt from the supplier to the material
warehouse will be in the date of entry of the materials how much roll / yard
the material will be received by the Quality Control section or with Fabric
Inspection by using the 4 point system. Quality control / fabric inspection is
checking the quality / quality of the material whether the material is of good
quality or the material is much reject it
CUTTING PROCESS
Quality Control cutting dept: After the material is checked and the quality of the
material meets the quality standards of the material is posted on the cutting
edge and the title at the cutting table with a max height of 3 inch so that the
pieces can be flat and after being pieces of material with the shape of the
quality control pattern the cutting section will check the quality of the
pieces - Cut the material with a tolerance of 1/8 inch up to ¼ inch after the
quality inspection / quality of the cut material gets the quality of cuts of
material that meet the standard
SEWING PROCESS
Quality Control sewing dept (In-Line sewing): Pieces of material that meet the standard will be sent to
the Sewing / tailor part and then processed by tailor parts per part to combine
the panels and the Quality Control inline task is to check or check the
combined panels include checking SPI (stitch per inch) whether the stitches are
good at the request of the buyer or according to detail QC. File
Quality Control
End-Line dept.: After the panels are merged and already in the form of
shirts / t-shirts in the end line have a quality control Task Quality Control
End-Line is checking the clothes / shirts that have become the quality of the
shirt whether it has been following the standard buyer's request or QC details.
File or check all the quality of shirt / shirts whether there is dirty, vent,
jump stitch, broken seam and others
Quality Control finishing dept: After producing shirts and t-shirts and through the process
of scrubbing the clothes into the finish finishing Quality Control Finishing
will recheck the quality of the shirt / shirt which is the quality of the shirt
whether it has been following the standard buyer request or QC details. File or
check all the quality of shirt / shirt whether there is dirty, vent, jump
stitch, broken stitch before going into the packing section
QC PROCESS
Quality Control packing dept: Shirts or shirts that have been packed into the packing
will be checked by Quality Control packing parts such as checking the ratios
and contents in the cartons and the papers in the carton section have the same
destination address, the total contents in one canton, the quality of the
cardboard stadium.
