The marketing department and the production department do not need to carry out, but it needs to be smooth by utilizing data, research and testing with statistical analysis from the QC section that is delivered to the production party to find out how the work is done as a step for improvement.
When carrying out QC testing and testing if some special problems are found, a study needs to be made so that they can be used to overcome problems in the production section and production can run smoothly with the targets achieved
In addition to the aforementioned QC department tasks, in the event of a complaint, re-check and certify the truth to be accepted separately and then reported to the relevant department for further improvement of the process.
