Inspection offers garment and textile inspection services at every stage of the supply chain: from sourcing new suppliers to in-process textile quality control and final shipment. Inspection verifies the quality, specifications, function, safety, and compliance of your garments and textile products with relevant international standards.

FINAL INSPECTION PROCEDURE:

Final audits will be carried out at the garment position with the status of 80% - 100% packing has been completed.
Conduct compliance checks on order quantities, colors and styles and quantity based on the packing list
Selecting / picking garments at random according to AQL statistical statistics plan / acceptable quality level
Conduct a visual inspection of the results of the sewing operation / sewing whether the sewing quality is in conformity or not with the buyer's request standards
Examining a comparison between samples and production, including style, stitch type, color and shape
Check the size, whether it is in accordance with the order or not. Minimum measurements of 5 pieces for each color and size.
Conduct a thorough examination of: models, fabrics, colors, stitches, supporting materials, construction materials, price tickets, folding methods / ways of folding, carton marking. And carton labeling.

DEFECT CLASSIFICATION

Defects will be classified into two namely, major defects and minor defects. Major defect is a garment condition that is indicated to be second quality or does not meet standards for the following reasons:
The defect will affect the integrity / integrity of the product
The defect will affect the selling power of the product
The effect will affect consumer trust and satisfaction with the product
Defect makes a mismatch in style

TYPE OF DEFECT ON SEWING

Crooked labels / labels not in the middle +/- 1/16 "from the middle are still allowed
The seam ends on the yoke / one-shoulder translucent label stitching on the shoulder. Allowed not to exceed 1/8
Label stitching over run / label stitching out. Allowed not to exceed one needle
Poor appeal / twist leg lining. Not allowed
Uneven collar point length / width of the tops of the collar is not the same left and right, There is no tolerance, the size must be really accurate.
Untidy joint stitching at collar. No stitching is allowed on the collar.
Mismatched collars don't match. Required matching in this section.
Skip stitch collar / jump collar sticks. Not allowed
Open seam collar closing / attach the broken collar cover. No tolerance.
Beading collar points are not sharp. No tolerance.
Fractured Collar point collapsed. No tolerance.
One front longer than other / the front left and right is not the same. Not allowed to exceed ¼ "
Skip stitch top center / center stitch. No tolerance.
Missing or faulty button / less or broken button. No tolerance.
Open seam joining / broken on merging. No tolerance
Faulty pocket blocking / Block pocket is not good. No tolerance.
Incorrect pocket location / placement of inappropriate pocket. Allowed not to exceed ¼ "
Hi Low Pocket / Left and right pocket are not in the same position. Allowed not to exceed 1/4 "
Sleeve not even at armhole / hand is not the same as the armpit. Allowed not to exceed ¼ "
One sleeve longer than other / left- and right-hand lengths are not the same. Allowed not to exceed ¼ "
Puckering / Wrinkle. Not allowed.
Sleeve placket faulty blocking / Hand blocking is not good. Must be fixed.
Fullness in Cuff. Must be fixed.
Nose on Cuff / mounting cuff protrudes to the outside. Must be fixed.
Beading Cuff attached. Must be fixed.
Needle pulls, needle chew / There are traces caused by blunt needles. Not allowed.
Broken stitch / broken stitching. Not allowed.
Half sewn button / button stitching is only half
